Since coming to the University of Florida, I have excelled in coursework that has sharpened my communication skills, including strategic communication and public speaking. These experiences have strengthened my ability to connect with people, negotiate effectively, and craft compelling messages. Professionally, I have developed strong interpersonal and sales skills as an Outside Sales Representative at Coastal Fence and Railing, where I have collaborated with clients to deliver tailored solutions, up-sell premium materials, and ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish. Additionally, my role as a DJ with Gainesville City Entertainment has enhanced my marketing and negotiation skills, as I work directly with venue managers to create engaging and exciting events. This summer, I am excited to apply my sales and communication skills in the staffing industry as a Summer Sales Intern at Dexian. I look forward to learning from industry professionals, expanding my sales expertise, and continuing to make meaningful connections.
