Highlights/ Challenges of my Ford career - Supporting the Cologne transition to be the electrification center by leading the environmental permitting program - STS BREF implementation for all European Ford Plants (2019 - ongoing)- Supervision of Genk site closure (2013 - 2016)- Implementation of Environmental System/ISO 14001 for Ford Sollers in Tatarstan, Russia (2011 - 2016)- Implementation of special production permits for the St. Petersburg Plant unit Permit; unit Permit)(2009 - 2011)- Introduction of the Global Plant Emission Reporting System in Europe in liaison with US Headquarter (2007 - 2010)- Initiation of the Renewable Energy Co-operative in Lindlar (small city near Cologne)(Private 2009)- Implementation of special heat exchanger solution for drying ovens in the paint shop in Cologne (2002 - 2004)- Introduction of an Environmental Management System in the Car Manufacturing Plant Cologne and integrate a multiple personal responsibility system to one centralized System (1997 - 2002)
