For more than a decade, I’ve helped individuals and organizations across the globe master the art of Structured Networking: building confidence, unlocking new opportunities, and turning connections into meaningful results. Before launching my own venture, I served as Chief Human Resources Officer at the World Economic Forum, where I was part of the Think Tank on “New Models of Leadership.” Those years taught me how ecosystems, innovation, and trust transform leadership. In 2013, I founded CircularSociety AG, an advisory firm focused on strategy, business development, and personal growth. Since then, I’ve partnered with senior executives and ambitious teams across sectors to help them gain clarity, momentum, and bigger impact. But if there’s one thing I live and breathe, it’s networking.
