Private Debt Associate: SLR Credit Solutions - SLR Capital SLR Credit Solutions provides senior and junior secured revolvers and term loans for both asset-based and cash flow financing from $10 million to $150 million for middle market companies. Two Primary Types of Transactions: Asset-based revolvers and term loans in which SLR Credit Solutions has a first or second lien on the borrower’s assets. SLR will finance negative EBITDA companies and/or companies that are managing through a restructuring or turnaround. Enterprise value transactions for which the borrower’s cash flow is the primary source of repayment. SLR will do first, second lien, or unitranche deals. Companies typically have a minimum EBITDA of $20 million.
