About Carter Chytraus

I work at the cross roads of software and investing — partnering with exceptional founders to acquire, scale, and amplify mission-critical software businesses. Currently at Solen Software Group, a buy-and-hold private equity firm, I focus on sourcing and executing investments in vertical SaaS companies with sticky products, market leadership, and strong teams. I am an entrepreneur at heart with a passion for the outdoors. Whether it's skiing, backpacking, mountain biking, or fly fishing, I am outside and enjoying the mountains. Professionally, I have a unique background in finance, private equity, venture investing, software, and private aviation. I am fluent in Brazilian Portuguese, which has strengthend my ability to connect with a diverse range of people and cultures. I am always looking for new challenges and opportunities.
