In my leadership role as a Team Lead, I guided a team of five in the development of the groundbreaking "Sweat Sucker a project aimed at improving transfemoral prosthetic sockets. Highlights of my leadership journey include designing an energy-efficient vacuum pump for a secure socket fit, proposing a user-friendly sweat evacuation container for enhanced comfort and hygiene, conducting in-depth consumer research to cater to user needs and preferences, and receiving the prestigious "Leading Innovation for Genentech Hillsboro Technology" Award, outperforming over 200 student group capstone projects.
