About Carter Robinson

I am a Learning Trainer at Amazon with a background in military leadership and a strong interest in operations and analytics. I currently support large scale fulfillment center operations by training and managing associates, reinforcing standard work, and helping leadership teams identify process gaps and performance opportunities. In my role, I coordinate training plans, monitor associate progress, and ensure operational standards are met across different functions. This experience has strengthened my leadership, communication, and performance tracking skills in a fast paced, high volume environment.I also serve in the Army National Guard as a Military Police officer, with over seven years of military experience. During a deployment to Kuwait, I worked as a U.S. Customs Agent, where I gained experience in leadership, accountability, security operations, and decision making in high pressure situations.I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in sports at the University of Tennessee at Martin. My long term goal is to transition into a sports analytics or venue operations role where I can use data, performance metrics, and analytical thinking to support team, venue, or organizational decision making.
