As a long-time practitioner in Hatha yoga & Yoga Iyengar, also trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and as a Registered Yoga Teacher trained in the United States (Ashtanga vinyasa, Viniyoga & Yin Yoga), I am delighted to share the benefits of yoga with students. I want to pass onto others what yoga has to offer. I will be delighted to share my enthusiasm with you, contact me! Alongside my yoga activity, I work as an internal consultant and lead transformation projects within Allianz France. Over the last 12 years, this has consisted of leading large-scale projects around digital and organizational transformation in the insurance sector. I've been working as a change leader in the company, with the ability to understand and define the desired transformations, to effectively involve teams in developing new practices, to identify the impact of change on the organization through stakeholders and risks management, and to deliver projects successfully. With a thorough academic and professional training to act effectively on my areas of intervention and more than 25 years of professional experience including 20 years in IT departments, I have strong skills in program, project and change management.
