Background

About Carter Thompson

I make a difference. Growing up, I wanted to be one of two things: Spider-Man or Indiana Jones. Neither of those quite worked out. What I think I admired about those two (aside from swinging from the ceiling) was how they always helped make things better. That's what I do, with people and with businesses. I help make things better. Through staffing options (recruitment, training, and staff growth), project management, and process improvement, I am always looking for ways that will make tomorrow better than today. Circumstances out of my control have seen me move around a lot, but they have also made it so that I can see the big picture from multiple perspectives. I'm not just a recruiter or a project manager, but also a trainer and a salesman, a capable team-player, or a leader when I need to be. If you or your organization are looking to take that next step towards a better tomorrow, then let me help. You won't regret it.
