About Carter Voekel

Principal Analytics Consultant | Data Products, BI, & Workflow DesignI build analytics products that operators, execs, and customer teams actually use. That usually means designing data models, reports, and data apps in modern stacks (Sigma) and replacing brittle Excel or legacy reporting with cleaner, documented, self-serve workflows.Previously, I worked as a Product Manager focused on data and efficiency, shipping tools around customer health, operations, and automation in SaaS, robotics, and IoT environments. Common thread: take fuzzy business questions, translate them into metrics and models, then ship something people trust enough to use every week. What I work on:Modernizing reporting into Sigma + Snowflake and building repeatable data apps and toolsDefining metrics, health scores, and shared logic so teams agree about numbersStreamlining workflows so less time is spent exporting, reconciling, and firefightingAt the core, I’m a systems-focused problem solver: I like untangling messy processes, simplifying them, and leaving behind tools that keep working long after the meeting ends.GitHub: https://github.com/CarterVoekel
