Production and Materials Management consultant with twenty years of SAP experience in medical, chemical, discrete manufacturing and consumer products industries. In addition to SAP project consulting, I have applied the MRP II business process technology in a multi year project to improve business performance throughout the supply chain and led Class A MRP II Certification by Buker Inc I have project experience in the inventory management and purchasing functionality areas of the Materials Management (MM) module. MRP functionality, the related data and business process is a specialty. Other specific knowledge areas are quality management, warehouse management, batch management and batch determination applied to the production area. Master data conversion processes are an area of expertise. I have led led the data cleansing, conversion, and validation processes for clients. Numerous project implementation cycles have provided in depth experience in product costing as related to the production master data. Data validation via product costing are skill areas. Prior to this information technology career, I held various manufacturing positions in engineering, production planning and production management of the chemical industry. I have team building, training and coaching skills that compliment business and consulting expertise. I have completed initial online courses for S4 Hana.
