I'm a hard worker who always acts with integrity and kindness no matter how hard it feels to do so. My relationships both personally and professionally are what drive me forward and they have formed me into the professional I am today. With a passion for bringing all voices to the table, I will stop at nothing to get the job done well. No detail is left unaccounted for, no touchpoint is left unadressed. A hardcore ESFJ and Enneagram 2, I care about people. People are what matter. Statistics share data; people share stories. Stories combined with data are what create change. The numbers have to mean something. Having the professional history that I do, I have been given a front row seat to see so many stories; of organizations and individuals. I have experience with weddings, auctions, meetings and non profit development (an after school program). Creativity and Customer Service is at the forefront of all of my endeavors. Working alongside clergy has given me unparalleled experience in discretion, confidentiality, de-escalation, and having hard conversations. I'm frequently the one who is given the "difficult ones" to deal with, and I take that trust very seriously.My goal every day is to be a fun, kind, compassionate, innovative and hardworking professional. If people use any of those words to describe me. I have been successful.It has been my joy to have taken a leadership role in the following projects-Blanket drive for Pacific Garden Mission in Chicago blankets)-Women Helping Women (artisan craft fair fundraiser)-Multiple young adult retreats for various religious organizations-Destination weddings in Arizona and Texas-Passport to Africa : A Sponsorship Event for Cheryl's Children's Home in Nairobi, KenyaAnd my story is still being written.
