Ms. LeMur has over 37 years of experience in Cyber Security: 28 years of combined Foreign Government, US military, and Federal Agency experience - as a USAF active officer and as a consultant/contractor - and 9 years of experience with Commercial clients. She is certified PMP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CDPSE, and CGEIT. Ms. LeMur was the primary cyber author for the 4-year cybersecurity workforce plan for the Philippines National Administration. She was an Acting Information Assurance Program Manager (IAPM) CISO for the National Defense University campuses - reporting directly to the CIO for all cyber security matters. She was the HQ USAF Europe Action Officer for Cyber Security - developing policies and strategies. She has over 7 years as the Data Security & Privacy Team Lead and Primary/Secondary HIPAA Officer for an International Cyber Team. She was the Program Manager for the DFARS 7012 / CMMC Level 3 / NIST 800-171 Compliant Network; and is now working with Mergers & Acquisitions for cyber and HIPAA compliance. Ms. LeMur has worked multiple complex projects. She has developed strategic Cyber Governance Policies, Plans, Strategies, and Programs. She has assessed Critical Infrastructure Protection for the Dept of Ed; assessed Risk across enterprise systems for NATO, IRS, FAA, DISA, BIA, DOA, and SunTrust Bank. She has ensured and developed Compliance evidences, plans of action & milestones (POA & M), and ATO artifacts for the USAF, US Army, FDA, NDU, DISA, and Federal Accounts. She has advised Commercial Accounts using multiple standards: NIST 800-series, DFARS 7012, CMMC, PCI DSS, GLBA, SOX, FFIEC, and HIPAA. Ms. LeMur is an IBM Coach (formerly Service Area Manager (SAM))- who coaches/manages her direct reports for their annual reviews, compensation, promotion, and discipline. Ms. LeMur has outstanding oral and written communications for all levels – she developed & delivered cybersecurity status briefings to General Officers, Program Directors, VPs, and government senior executives. She has been an oral presentation proposal speaker and a conference speaker. Ms. LeMur has also served as an Adjunct professor (within the School of Business) at Nyack College, Washington DC- Top Secret Clearance 2009 - 2014 - BS Computer Science- Masters of Science in Management
