Caryn Suderman is an accomplished Employment Training Specialist with a passion for empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve their full potential. Caryn has helped countless clients build their skills, find meaningful employment, and achieve greater independence. In her current role as an Employment Training Specialist at Steps2Work, Caryn works closely with clients to identify their unique strengths and interests, and provides customized training and support to help them reach their goals. She has a deep understanding of the challenges that individuals with disabilities face in the workplace, and is committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all. Prior to her work at Steps2Work, Caryn was the owner of HeartSpace Winnipeg, a successful yoga studio located in Winnipeg, Canada. With over 20 years of experience in yoga, Caryn brings a holistic and compassionate approach to her work with clients, and is committed to supporting their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Caryn is a lifelong learner who is dedicated to ongoing growth and development. She holds an Advanced Counselling and Therapy Skills Certificate from the University of Manitoba, as well as certifications in various styles of yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra and Yin. She has also completed additional training for addictions and recovery and in employment services and disability support. With her unique combination of skills, experience, and passion, Caryn is a valuable asset to any organization that is committed to creating a more inclusive and equitable world. She is a natural leader, a compassionate mentor, and a tireless advocate for the rights and dignity of all individuals.
