About Carys Chandler

I am an MRICS Registered Valuer and Partner in Newmark UK's Leisure team, principally providing Red Book compliant valuations for residential mobile home parks, holiday and caravan parks across the UK. I have a deep understanding of the unique market and economic conditions affecting residential mobile home parks, holiday and caravan parks (including touring, camping, glamping, larger complexes and redevelopments). I have vast experience in providing valuations of individual assets for owner operators through to extensive portfolios for some of the leading operators in the sector for loan security purposes (refinancing and acquisition) as well as taxation or valuations for internal purposes. Clients range from private individuals through to quoted companies, the leading lenders in the sector, a range of high street banks as well as challenger and debt fund lenders. The Leisure team of Newmark is considered a hub of excellence within the pub, hotel and licenced leisure sector with circa 30 professionals providing valuation, rating, planning and agency advice, with the ability to draw upon other experienced team members if required. The Cardiff office also provides commercial property advice and development services including valuation, rating, lease advisory and agency.
