I'm an experienced Agile Product Owner. With a background in IT Change Management, e-commerce, and the energy sector, I have extensive experience leading development teams, organizing product backlogs, and streamlining digital customer and employee journeys. My strength lies in combining data-driven thinking with process optimization, improving (digital) journeys, and managing complex change initiatives—always with a focus on both customer value and efficiency. Thanks to my certifications (PSPO II, PSM II, DASA DevOps, SAFe) and my knowledge of platforms such as Azure and JIRA, I can quickly adapt within Agile and SAFe environments. I’m used to working with a wide range of stakeholders and enjoy contributing to digitalization and innovation. I’m looking for a challenge where I can leverage data to enhance the customer experience as a Product Owner. I have international experience and am able to effectively navigate and collaborate across different workplace cultures, which positively impacts team dynamics and cooperation.
