About Cas Hermans

As a Talent Sourcer I match people with vacancies on a daily basis. This allows me to get an inside look in a lot of different companies as well as meet a lot of new people every day; perfect for someone who is curious to the point where it’s annoying! The combination of analytical work, creativity and people skills really suits me. My background in both technical subjects and organizational psychology helps me get a quick grasp on most vacancies. In the coming years I aim to develop my knowledge in several organizational fields, such as employer branding, onboarding, change management, job coaching and talent management/talent retention. I feel like these will become important topics for most companies in the near future. Outside my work I really enjoy cooking, I am obsessed with music and I love to blow off steam by doing strength training.
