About Casey Baldwin

I first entered the treatment industry after seeing the crippling effects drug and alcohol addiction had on my hometown of Cincinnati. I have learned that everything to do with patient care is multifaceted; teamwork and communication are essential in ensuring that clients not only get the care they need and deserve, but also ensuring that the service provider maintains integrity and a positive reputation. I have consistently been a top performer since entering the field. I have also advanced to Team Lead positions, and been named employee of the quarter and the month several times during my journey to this point. I have had the privilege of training employees that exceed expectations of service and performance while remaining teachable and aspiring to further my own career.
