As a director and outsourced CFO at CBIZ, I leverage my credentials as a certified public accountant and my expertise in financial leadership to optimize finance and create value for private equity-backed portfolio companies.In my current role, I work with portfolio companies across various industries and stages, establishing integrated business planning, prioritizing performance levers, realigning performance visibility across all departments, and preparing for an eventual exit.
