As a STRATEGIC when problems arise in a process or a negotiation, I have the creative capacity and flexibility to find an alternative way forward. As a FUTURISTIC vision is the driver I constantly compare and consider how the actions of today will move us closer to or further from the vision. As an IDEATOR I am fascinated with ideas, perspectives, and creativity. I view problems as an opportunity for a creative solution. As a LEARNER I have an inquisitive mind and will gladly venture into the unknown. I have discovered that I can lean on my ability to learn as approach challenges and continuous improvement. As a RELATOR I see the importance of genuine relationships that foster trust. Using my abilities and position to lift others up. Apart from the CliftonStrengths™ I’ve devoted much of my life to Cross-Cultural Communication. I spent eight years in East Asia working with a non-profit. Since returning I’ve been studying how to navigate national culture in a business context including earning an International MBA in Supply Chain Management and Operations.
