About Me I’m the Founder and Fractional COO of CascadEffects, where I work directly with healthcare practice owners—primarily doctors—who are ready to scale but need additional support with systems, leadership structure, and operational clarity to do it sustainably. I step into practices as a strategic operator (Fractional Chief Operating Officer): defining the vision, aligning the team, building systems that support accountability, and mentoring key leaders to take ownership of execution. The result is a practice that no longer depends on the doctor for every decision—and a leader who can finally step into the CEO role with confidence. Professional Journey My career began in the orthodontic space in 2014 with Dr. Alexander Waldman in Beverly Hills and has since spanned national operations, global community leadership, and executive roles across high-growth healthcare staffing companies. Prior to founding CascadEffects, I served as COO of MyOrthoVA and CMO of MEDVA and BizVA. I launched CascadEffects to go beyond traditional consulting. I embed inside organizations to lead transformation from the inside out—building infrastructure that drives clarity, ownership, and sustainable growth. Education & Board Involvement I hold an MBA from Pepperdine University and completed executive education at MIT focused on high-velocity organizational performance. I currently serve on the Board of Directors for the Health Care Foundation for Ventura County, supporting programs that improve access and equity in healthcare for underserved communities. I'm also a proud member of the Exceptional Women Alliance (EWA)—a nonprofit foundation and mentoring community of C-level and board-level women who are committed to personal growth, professional leadership, and paying it forward. Thought Leadership I’ve been published in industry publications like OrthoTown and regularly speak on topics like operational strategy, team development, leadership accountability, and marketing for healthcare businesses. I also design training programs and systems for practices across North America, the UK, and Australia. Personal Note Outside of my work, I’m a wife, mom of two, women's retreat host, and creative entrepreneur. I own “Pop Art Oasis” in Palm Springs—a home that reflects my love for bold ideas, vibrant design, and intentional living.
