About Casey Carrell

I'm passionate about helping people reach their goals—especially when it comes to completing their education and accessing opportunities that might otherwise feel out of reach. My background spans student support, project coordination, and operations, and no matter the role, my focus has always been on building systems that truly support people, not just processes. I enjoy finding ways to make things work better—whether it’s mentoring a teammate, improving a workflow, or making sure the right data gets where it needs to go. I'm especially drawn to work that connects big-picture goals with the everyday support learners need to thrive. Equity, access, and care are central to how I approach my work. I believe everyone deserves a clear path forward, and I’m proud to contribute to building those paths by collaborating across teams, leading with empathy, and staying focused on meaningful outcomes.
