Casey Carroll (she/her) is a driven entrepreneur, business strategist, communications professional, and hospitality expert dedicated to developing social enterprises that prioritize care, creativity, relationships, community, and social impact. She is the Co-Owner of BWB - a holistic brand agency focused on female entrepreneurship and equity - and Coray Kitchen - a farm-to-table restaurant in Delmar, New York. Casey is a mother, writer, coach and facilitator known for her love of people, grounded energy, and nurturing spirit. She is committed to creating bigger, longer tables where folks can belong, gather, and feel together. Casey speaks on all things creativity, customer experience, and community and culture building. She has given presentations such as: Storytelling for Change, Applied Feminist Business, and How to Create Economies of Care. Casey applies a decade of extensive study and exploration in transformative leadership, energy and consciousness, and contemplative practices to her professional pursuits. She is the creator of Questions to Hold, a platform that includes a podcast, card deck, workshops and in-person experiences centering inquiry and questioning as a revolutionary leadership practice.
