Experienced Human Resources Professional with a history of working in the beverage industry, healthcare and hospitality. Currently working for Anheuser-Busch as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner supporting our commercial sales team across the United States - supporting our region sales teams with our wholesalers and national retail teams. Previously on our People team, supporting our Heritage group consisting of hospitality and Clydesdale teams. Previous experience: Unique early career as I used my undergraduate teaching degree outside a traditional classroom. For several years, I worked with individuals with disabilities to gain and maintain employment, along with working with employers on how to be inclusive and find creative solutions for productivity and performance gaps. Experienced working with Human Resources departments to have inclusive job descriptions, carve out new positions, and assist with accommodations. Additional experience in hospitality as a Human Resources Generalist where I was hands-on in all aspects of HR for an athletic club.
