About Casey Cato

From a young age, I aspired to pursue both business and ministry, inspired largely by my father’s entrepreneurial journey. At 21, he launched his first company and later expanded into the sales and installation of interior window fashions. His determination fueled my own drive to gain workplace experience with the goal of eventually running my own business. By age 14, I was assisting him with small tasks, and as I grew older, I diversified my skills through roles in landscaping, event management, and construction, all while continuing to support my father’s business.Currently, I am the sales manager for his company, a role I’ve held since late 2022. I manage relationships with realtors, property investors, and families while actively pursuing new leads. My responsibilities include door-to-door outreach, networking with realtors, and generating business through daily interactions. This position has allowed me to sharpen my leadership and communication skills.In parallel, I’ve been deeply involved in ministry since high school, starting in youth leadership and later expanding into various roles within the church. My experience ranges from overseeing small groups to helping lead a youth group of over 100 students. Additionally, I’ve held leadership roles in young adult ministries. These experiences have significantly enhanced my ability to relate to people, a skill that translates seamlessly into my professional life.
