About Casey Chafouleas

I didn’t step into a creative leadership role. I built one. Twice. Starting as the only designer in the room at both ExploreLearning and Learning A-Z, I grew into Creative Director by shaping the vision, earning trust, and proving the need for leadership. That journey gave me range: from graphic design and brand systems to video production and AI-assisted creative. Today, as Creative Director at ExploreLearning, I direct strategy and concept development while continuing to produce work myself, including campaign design, motion storytelling, and cross-team collaboration. Whether it is a product video, a social campaign, or a complete rebrand, I bring creative that connects. I am proud of what I have built and the work I continue to do: high-impact creative rooted in clarity, story, and emotional intelligence. I have helped grow brands, shape messaging, and create visuals that resonate, and I am excited to keep doing more of that wherever the next challenge leads.
