About Casey Clark

My experience in the Dallas Police Department includes seven years in patrol before moving to the traffic division where I worked in DWI enforcement, traffic enforcement, accident investigation, and served as a motorcycle officer, including working as a field training officer. For the last five years I worked as a detective in the vehicle crimes unit. As a VCU detective, my caseload included a wide range of offenses including failure to leave ID, accident involving injury, intoxication assault, and manslaughter, aggravated assault, and even murder involving a vehicle. All cases involve extensive investigatory work which did include interviews with suspects, witnesses, and complainants, gathering and analyzing video, photographic, and physical evidence, and obtaining and analyzing event data recorder data, as well as report writing and can also require legal prosecution reports, warrant writing, and court testimony.
