About Casey Cochran

I am an experienced Boston Realtor-one who loves to have fun whether at work or at play. I grew up in the sticks of Vermont and it shouldn't come as much of a surprise that I was a little bit aloof when it came to city living. As soon I aged to a young adult, I was on to more exciting landscapes, learning about diversity, exploring new cultures, eating food with spice on it (literally), just eating good food in general, and to be at complete awe with the amazing history and architecture of so many cities around the nation. What truly stole my attention away from all other cities I enjoyed, was an old British looking town with screwy roads called, Boston. Aside from the cold-shouldered, hard-nosed, interrupting, opinionated people that I quickly observed upon my first exploration of this peculiar yet magical place, I was overjoyed to be in a city located so close to the ocean and the harbor, to smell the salty air and eat every buttery (hot! not cold) lobster roll and clam chowder I could find. Something felt right. Then, in the very moment I was riding on that duck boat passing over the Charlestown Bridge surrounded by an overcast 50 degree Fall afternoon, I knew then, this would become home for a very long time. ​ Real estate is more than pretty buildings filled with furniture-real estate is dignified, real estate is FUN!
