About Casey Collins

Hello there!I am a HVAC technician that has found my passion in the Human Resource field. I love helping others by going above and beyond with each task given to me. I am always trying to grow, both as a person and a professional in my field. I value the lessons I can learn from others, working as a team, and stepping out of my comfort zone as a leader. I decided to make the change from HVAC to Human Resources because of the opportunities to help others. In previous jobs, I have had excellent Human Resource managers that have done everything they can to help the employees and that is what I want. During my time as a HVAC technician I have learned a lot about leadership. I have led crews on large projects with tight time constraints, taught classes on the job itself and about how to lead crews, mentored new Airmen about the Air Force, and coached new Airmen about the job. I also have 5+ years of experience reviewing applications and resumes, interviewing candidates over the phone and in person, customer service, inventory management, organization management, funds management, and file keeping.
