As a technical recruiter I am passionate about finding and hiring the best IT professionals for various positions and projects. I have over a year and a half of experience in this role, and I have successfully sourced, evaluated, and placed candidates with diverse technical backgrounds and skill sets. I leverage my talent sourcing certification from LinkedIn, as well as my communication and recruiting skills, to connect with potential candidates, assess their fit for the organization's needs, and guide them through the hiring process. I also collaborate with hiring managers, team leads, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations, and to provide feedback and support. My mission is to bridge the gap between employers and job seekers, and to help both parties achieve their goals.
