About Casey Duvall

My adventures started when I fell in love with craft beer while I was in the US Navy, and pursued a professional brewing career after my enlistment. In my 7+ years of brewing experience I learned that my true passions were solving problems, finding ways to improve things, and producing things to share with others. I never back down from a challenge, even when it involves moving to another country when I barely speak the native language. Let's just say I'm hard-headed, because when I set a goal for myself I don't stop until it's reached, and I'm always looking for new ways to challenge myself. As Frederick Douglass said "if there is no struggle, there is no progress." I've recently been challenging myself to further develop my IT, networking, and coding skills. After earning my CompTIA A+ certification, I created my own "home lab" of virtualized servers and began playing around with systems administration and web development - all of which can be followed on my website.
