Casey Federman currently serves as Managing Director at Irongate, a privately owned real estate development and investment firm based in Los Angeles. Irongate specializes in financing and developing high rises and luxury homes. Irongate has developed the Trump International Hotel and Tower, the Watermark, and Hawaii Raceway, all located in Honolulu. Mr. Federman, who guides Irongate's business and legal affairs, possesses over 15 years of experience in overseeing corporate and real estate transactions. From 2001 through 2004, Mr. Federman gained considerable experience in corporate and real estate law at Christensen Miller, a prestigious firm based in Los Angeles, handling such matters as IPOs, private placements, and real estate acquisitions and dispositions. At the end of this period, he joined UBS Investment Bank in Los Angeles as an Associate Director in the company's Mergers and Acquisitions practice. Commanding an impressive academic background, Casey Federman began to lay the foundation for his career while still an undergraduate at the University of Pennsylvania, where he studied diplomatic history and economics. In the course of earning his Bachelor's degree, Mr. Federman completed an honors thesis, held membership in the International Relations Honors Society, and completed a semester abroad at Oxford University. Following his graduation in 1995, Casey Federman became Coordinator of Corporate Sales for Major League Soccer, followed by two years as that organization's Manager of Business Development. Seeking further development of his professional skill set, he enrolled in a dual degree program at the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business and Gould School of Law. On the dean's list at Marshall and in the Moot Court Honors Program at Gould, Casey Federman received his M.B.A. and J.D. in 2002. In his leisure time, Casey Federman enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and playing all sports.
