Experience includes investor relations, capital raising, asset and portfolio management, special situations, loan workouts and restructuring, loan syndications, credit analysis, transaction and fund structuring, due diligence, legal document negotiations, property and sponsorship underwriting, loan closings, and distressed asset sales. ACCOMPLISHMENTS - Raised over $2.0 billion in capital and oversaw a $3.5 billion portfolio consisting of of senior mortgages, mezzanine loans, note-on-note financings, and CMBS investments- Grew the separately managed account business by over 100% in four years while achieving 50-250 bps premiums to targeted returns- Launched and managed a $1.0 billion subordinate debt program making TIAA one of the first U.S. investors in long-term, fixed-rate, mezzanine debt.
