I am a senior transformation leader with a track record of designing and delivering enterprise-wide change that spans technology, process, and people. My career has been shaped by senior roles leading large, diverse teams and driving strategic programs where the goal is not just to implement systems, but to create lasting impact across the business. I specialize in the design and application of strategic change—aligning business needs with the right-sized technology solutions and ensuring adoption through thoughtful change management. From ERP and PLM through to aftermarket and lifecycle platforms, I have led programs that simplify complexity, unlock efficiency, and deliver measurable business payback. In my current role, I lead both the Integrated Technology run organization and transformation initiatives. This means running technology at global scale—building a consistent, reliable operating model, and embedding business partnering so IT is positioned as a true enabler—while also driving enterprise transformations that reshape how people, processes, and platforms connect across the product lifecycle. What sets me apart is the breadth of industries I’ve worked across: oil & gas, mining, decarbonization, and now product businesses. This unique perspective allows me to bridge operational realities with strategic design, ensuring transformations are not only innovative, but also practical, people focused, scalable, and aligned with long-term growth.
