My treatments include a combination of manual or instrument assisted adjustments, passive therapies for muscle relaxation, and therapeutic exercises to build strength, stability, and re-educate motor patterns. During treatment I hold a heavy focus on educating my patients on their conditions and I provide a thorough examination and treatment plan to find and fix the root cause.
