Motivation, Integrity, Creativity. Graduating with honors from Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in Marketing in 2005, I am motivated, creative, and the best person to sell your home! I work hard for my customers and that is why referrals are 95% of my business! Even after the sale is done, I am always a visit, phone call, text, or email away and am always available to my customers! I have a unique marketing plan for each buyer to get their home sold for the most money possible, in the shortest time, and with the least bit of hassle; because we all know buying and selling can be stressful! For my buyers, I have extensive knowledge on different programs for first-time home-buyers and am familiar with foreclosure, short sale, investor, second home, county grants, 203K, FHA, Conventional, VA, and Cash transactions, and have closed them all.
