Previously, Casey was the Director of Architecture Strategy & Enablement for U.S. Retail Markets, the country’s 5th largest personal insurance carrier with over $24B in premium and led several Agile US and Global transformations. He's currently the Director of Product Agility for American Airlines, where he leads the DevOps and Agile transformation for the world's largest airline. Casey is always looking to push the boundaries on how we work by leveraging new approaches and progressive architectures. His familiarity and experience with the implementation of many Agile software development frameworks has resulted in a proven track record of high-quality delivery from happy teams. His diverse leadership background includes Agile roles, engineering roles, and management. Casey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire.
