Realtor since 2009 in the Charlotte and Gaston County area. Experienced Property Manager I spent almost 20 years in the Hospitality Industry as a server, bartender and manager. I learned to discover and cater to the individual needs of my clients. As a Scuba Guide/Dive Master I learned to put myself between my guest/client and danger while helping them discover new and exciting experiences. As a Scuba Instructor I learned to educate and guide. As a rock climber, hiker, scuba diver, and snow skier I've always sought adventure and never shy from a challenge. I worked for 6 years in the plumbing, electrical and HVAC supply industry so I'm very familiar with these systems and their function in the home. I've been a Certified Tax Preparer since 2010, so I can explain the tax benefits of owning a home and how to avoid capital gains taxes when you sell.
