About Casey Hiatt

I’m an IT leader who’s passionate about making technology work for people—whether that’s improving staff efficiency, simplifying their jobs, or creating an environment where the team feels empowered and valued. I specialize in overseeing the deployment of key systems such as GIS, Work Order & Asset Management, ERP, HRIS, CRM, Laserfiche, SharePoint, and robust cybersecurity measures. I manage three critical business lines—GIS, Enterprise Applications, and IT Infrastructure—leading a team that handles everything from hardware and servers to enterprise-level applications. While I’m focused on big-picture strategy, I’m hands-on in the details, guiding execution, coordinating teams, and ensuring smooth implementation. My goal is to build IT systems that are secure and designed to make a real difference in how the business operates. Outside of work, I’m an avid nature lover and enjoy hiking whenever I can. Nature inspires and rejuvenates me. With my team, I’m committed to making sure everyone feels supported, motivated, engaged, and enjoys their work. I believe in fostering a positive work culture where people feel excited about the challenges they face. I take pride in knowing we provide great customer service and make sure the users we serve feel heard and taken care of.
