Somewhere along the way, I realized I love turning messes into systems. Especially when it helps good people do their jobs better (and maybe sleep a little easier at night). These days, I’m focused on building repeatable sales development programs, improving ramp, and making sure teams actually know what’s going on in their pipeline.
