I’m a GIS System Administrator with 7+ years of experience designing, implementing, and managing enterprise geospatial platforms to support gas and electric utility operations. My background includes supporting ArcGIS Enterprise rollouts across multiple utility domains, acting as a training/configuration lead, and administering complex environments post-implementation. I served as a subject matter expert for both the GIS and work management systems, where I worked with both business users and vendors to co-design a leak management process. I’ve worked hands-on with tools like ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Portal, ArcGIS Server, Experience Builder, and Web App Builder. I also configure and apply Utility Network rules, support users with dirty area resolution, and troubleshoot tracing logic and rule violations to maintain clean, connected network data. Currently, I manage GIS systems at PPL Services, where I collaborate directly with Electric and Gas stakeholders to define requirements, implement solutions, and improve core processes.
