As a Technical Support Engineer at T-Mobile, I am excited about mobile technologies and the support of hardware/software that expands communications around the globe. I have 2.5+ years of experience in the telecom, IT, and cybersecurity industry, with specialties in ERTC tax credits for business, creative tech platforms for business marketing, and ADA implementation for websites. I specialize in DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems), and I am motivated by security and user function. I leverage my security mindset to provide reasonable safety and asset protection for T-Mobile's indoor coverage solutions. I also have over 15 years of technical expertise in numerous areas of technology, including Cisco, Juniper, Ciena, Samsung RF, Motorola RF, Huawei RF, Small cell LTE, and COMMSCOPE, SOLiD, and ADRF vendor types. I am a former military service member with various forms of engineering background, and I hold a Master's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Capella University.
