About Casey Jones

Casey Jones has studied the different scanning techniques of Diagnostic Medical Sonography, at American Institute of Medical Technology. Such techniques include; abdomen, vascular, OBGYN, 4D ultrasound, and small parts. She is certified in CPR, registered in Ultrasound Physics, RDMS (AB), and RVT. She is currently a sonographer at Oklahoma Surgical Hospital where she performs a variety of vascular, general and GYN ultrasounds. Such ultrasounds include, but not limited to; upper and lower extremity venous dopplers, upper and lower extremity arterial dopplers, carotid, abdominal dopplers, thyroid, abdominal complete and limited, soft tissue, renal complete, breast, transabdominal and transvaginal pelvic, and scrotal. She also assists in a variety of procedures such as, but not limited to; paracentesis, thoracentesis, thyroid FNA, fluid/abscess drainage, liver biopsy, renal biopsy, percutaneous nephrostomy tube placement and venous ablations. She thoroughly enjoys the rewards and challenges ultrasound has to offer and is continually finding new ways to improve in the quality of her patient's care.
