Currently, I am a student at University of North Carolina at Charlotte studying Computer Science with a concentration in Information Technology (IT). After graduation, I would like to pursue a job in IT specifically a System Administrator. The coding languages I have experience with is Java, JavaScript, and SQL. Additionally, I have experience in HTML and CSS. As a Desktop Support Technician, I have experience working with Active Directory and using a ticketing system. I also work to help the faculty/staff on campus with any hardware/software issues that occur. My retail experience has helped me learn to fully understand to all of the customer's issue and to diligently look at every detail before coming to a solution. I love how technology is always growing and rapidly changing. I enjoy reading and learning about how technology and security evolves everyday.
