Prior to working in real estate, I started a property management and contracting company, which I still operate to this day. I am therefore up-to-date on city building and fire codes, typical home care, electrical and plumbing systems, HVAC systems, and other relevant areas when buying or selling a home. This experience has provided me with a discerning eye, which I regularly use to identify areas of concern ranging from a structural to a cosmetic standpoint. This ability is very beneficial to both my buying and selling clients.
