I lead EY's Western Canada Forensic practice, assisting organizations protect and restore their enterprise and financial reputation. I specialize in forensic investigations, anti-bribery and corruption, and fraud risk management. I have conducted numerous fraud investigations both domestically and internationally, addressing a variety of allegations such as foreign bribery and corruption, asset misappropriation, embezzlement, kickbacks, conflicts of interest, collusion, intellectual property theft, and many other forms of corporate crime. These investigations have involved the execution of Anton Piller Orders, asset tracing, litigation support, and document discovery in response to criminal search warrants. I am dedicated to helping clients gain a deep understanding of their fraud and compliance risks, including the influence of incentive structures on human behavior. I frequently educate and support clients in creating robust anti-fraud strategies and comprehensive anti-bribery and corruption compliance programs. With a practical approach, I offer tailored advice and guidance that aligns with clients' industry specifics, resource capabilities, and prioritizes their most significant risks.
