About Casey Melancon

As the Director of Autism Services, I oversee two ABA clinics in the Kansas City area, where I lead an incredible team of dedicated professionals committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with autism and their families. My role blends clinical expertise with strategic leadership, and I take great pride in creating a culture where both clients and staff feel supported, valued, and empowered. With a passion for autism rooted in personal experience, I bring both heart and skill to the work we do every day. I'm known for fostering a positive, energetic environment where collaboration thrives, and where team members are motivated to bring their best selves to the table. Developing a strong, mission-driven culture is one of my greatest strengths—because when our team feels inspired, our individuals served benefit the most.Whether I’m guiding service development, mentoring staff, or supporting families, my goal is always the same: to provide compassionate, high-quality care that helps individuals with autism grow, connect, and succeed.
