Inclusive Communities Coordinator (Intern)| Member Service Specialist | Customer Experience Passionate about creating inclusive communities and delivering exceptional customer experiences, I am currently serving as an Inclusive Communities Coordinator Intern at Costco Wholesale. My journey with Costco began in May 2016, and I have had the opportunity to grow in various roles, starting in Merchandising (2016-2020), moving into a Membership and Refunds Clerk position in 2020, and most recently, stepping into my current internship role. With a strong foundation in customer service, membership sales, and CRM systems, I bring expertise in AS400, Google applications, and effective communication to my work. Throughout my career, I've developed a knack for organizing, problem-solving, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management with an emphasis on Events from Cal Poly Pomona in 2022. My academic background, combined with my hands-on experience at Costco, has deepened my understanding of customer relations and event coordination.
