About Casey Poon

Hello my name is Casey and I am a Senior Functional Consultant/Enhancements Consultant. My role has been primarily helping the Non-Profit sector maximise their potential in both Salesforce usage and business processes, but I have also dabbled in Program Management and Financial Services as well. I headed up our internal Product team for a while, which built the AlphaSys suite of managed package offerings, so I have been heavily involved in the design and iteration of our managed packages, with a particular emphasis on the Fundraising Accelerator, and also included (but was not limited to) integrations with eCommerce websites, Humanitix, and Wordpress. I am also a member of a semi-professional choir and serve as Choir Manager. I have volunteered in the past as an event manager for Burwood Easter In the Park events and as operations manager for a anime and video game orchestra called “Eminence”. TLDR: Experienced Salesforce Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry.
