I am currently a Project Manager at MGAC, where I lead complex, high-impact initiatives that demand precision, coordination, and a deep understanding of technical systems. Prior to this role, I served as a Nuclear Electronics Technician Chief in the U.S. Navy’s Submarine Force, where I spent over a decade managing the operation, maintenance, and training of nuclear propulsion systems. At MGAC, I bring the same level of rigor and commitment to excellence that defined my military career. My background includes leading teams of over 1,600 personnel, overseeing quality assurance programs, and developing detailed technical packages for instrumentation and control (I&C) systems. These experiences have translated seamlessly into my current role, where attention to detail, schedule adherence, and stakeholder communication are critical to success. I’m passionate about solving complex problems, driving efficiency, and delivering results in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. My transition into project management has allowed me to apply my technical knowledge and leadership skills in new and meaningful ways—supporting clients through innovative and impactful projects in critical environments.
